Shane Wood
Director
As the original founder of KAS Scaffolding in December 2018, Shane has utilised his experience spanning 17 years in the scaffolding sector. Shane has a broad knowledge across industrial, commercial, and domestic markets from reputable companies in previous roles from Trainee to Supervisor before establishing KAS.
Shanes key skills are front line, with huge understanding of design, operations and man management which allows the company to operate in a viable state without excess overheads to guarantee cost certainty for clients.
Shane understands the importance of relationships throughout the business to ensure sustained growth, Shane has forged key partnerships which has resulted in early success. The decision was made to expand the company and strategic plans were laid out for the future of KAS.
Adam Millgate
Director
Adam joined the board as an equal shareholder in Jan 2022 and brings 15+ years’ experience after an extensive history in his previous roles in the industry. Adam has knowledge In operations, commercial management and surveying/estimating which were fundamental elements needed to help KAS meet its growth strategy.
Adam has a very good understanding of the requirements, management structures and processes needed to help KAS develop as a team in their chosen sectors.
Adam was the perfect fit to join the board alongside Shane, together they have great a partnership with a well-balanced skill set, whether it be large scale sites or small domestic works.
Andy Cox
Commercial
Manager
Andy joined KAS in 2022 as a result of continued growth in the company. Andy offers experience in Estimating, Contract Management, Document Controlling and Surveying.
Outside of KAS, Andy is in his 2nd year of his MSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management out of Oxford Brookes.
